ABOUT THE EVENT:
WHAT IS SOMATIC MOVEMENT?
Somatic movement is being present with your movement and feeling your bodies sensations as you move. Through intuitive movement, breath, and sound, you move stagnant energy, naturally regulating your nervous system in the process.
This isn't choreography. It's not performance. It's giving your body permission to be Free.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE:
~Experience breath, sound and movement for each elemental- Earth, Water, Fire, Air.
~Move stagnant energy through intuitive dance.
~Regulate your nervous system through conscious movement
~Ground your experience in meditation and integration
The Flow:
50 minutes of guided somatic dance | 10 minutes of grounding meditation | Integration & closing
Somatic movement is being consciously aware of your movements.

YOUR FACILITATOR:
Amy Shine is a Somatic Movement Facilitator, Embodiment Coach, and Nervous System Educator with years of experience helping women transform their relationship with their bodies. Her approach is grounded in lived experience - she practices what she teaches and loves to inspire others to awaken the joy, sensualness and ecstasy of their bodies through movement.
