What is this journey?

An intimate, guided experience to slow down, arrive in your body and be deeply restored. Ceremonial cacao, aromatic oils, breathwork, somatic movement and sound healing journey with hands-on somatic energy touch.

No experience necessary. Just show up and receive.

What unfolds?

~ We open with a cacao ceremony and shared circle- setting intentions and arriving together. 

~ Amy guides a somatic drop-in using aromatherapy, gentle breathwork and slow movement to help you settle into presence. (approx. 30 mins) 

~ The heart of the experience is a 75-minute sound journey- lying down, eyes closed, guided into a deep inner journey as brainwave patterns shift and the body softens and restores. 

~ Throughout, Amy offers somatic energy healing touch- gentle, intentional hands-on support to deepen your journey.

Every session is alive and unique. No two are ever the same.

About ceremonial cacao

Pure ceremonial cacao is a traditional Mayan plant medicine used for centuries to open the heart and deepen awareness. It is not psychoactive. Made from whole cacao beans without the additives of everyday chocolate, it works gently:

lifting mood, clearing mental fog, deepening body connection and supporting a more open, receptive state for inner work.

Drinking cacao is always optional.
